NFT Terms

As a proud EverydaySHEROE NFT Owner, you have the right to copy, display, and do other creative things with the character linked to your NFT, with minimal restrictions. Under these terms, you can incorporate your NFT character into physical objects like sweatshirts, tee shirts, mugs, stationary and social media profiles. Please contact us if you're planning to do something special with your SHEROE as we’d love to hear about what you're creating and feature you on our social media accounts and official website.

This license does not give you ownership of the underlying art, brand, or other intellectual property associated with project/publisher organization. We also reserve the right to use the NFT in promotional and marketing materials online and in print.

While your license is broad and subject to few limitations, you cannot use your NFT character(s) for economic activity that generates more than $100,000 in gross revenue per 12 months. If you're considering doing a project over $100,000  please contact us about a commercial license. Finally, please do not use the EverydaySHEROE NFT in illegal activities that are racist, sexist, homophobic or could be considered inappropriate and offensive behavior.
